Maxims of Foreigners
1. About foreigners, do not hate them, do not despise them, do not be impolite to them.  Interact with them with kindness.
2. About foreigners, do not deceive them.  Interact with them with honesty.
3. About foreigners, do not fear them.  If they are impolite, ask them reasons and gently discuss with them.
